• Reservations must be made by March 20. Negotiated discounts may no longer apply after that date.
• In the event that your hotel choice is no longer available, Ambassadors will suggest comparable accommodations.
• All reservations, cancellations or changes must be made via Ambassadors. If there are discrepancies with reservations, designated venues will honor housing information received through our housing bureau.
